Meet the Team

Ben graduated from Cardiff University in 2003. He went on to join Jason to launch SW6 Associates. He was instrumental in developing the client base and laying the foundations of the business. As a consistent high biller, Ben was made an equity director in 2006.

He moved over to set up the senior appointments desk in 2012 to cater for the continued client demand. As well as being in charge of developing and building the senior appointments desk, Ben is also responsible for the SW6 Associates strategy as a whole. He continues to be one of the top billers in the company, recruiting for director-level positions.
