The Role

As a trainee recruitment consultant, you will learn the skills necessary to succeed in the industry through a structured sales plan. Your daily tasks will include lead generation, pre-screening candidates, headhunting, advertising, organizing interviews, closing offers, and handling objections from clients and candidates.
