What Does a Trainee Recruitment Consultant Do?

A trainee recruitment consultant is a sales role that involves sourcing new business and candidates. You will be responsible for your own desk, which includes tasks such as business development, account management, candidate sourcing, advertising, negotiations, interviewing, and closing deals. You will primarily be on the phone trying to sell your business to clients and you will need to be able to sell your candidates to clients as well.

What Do We Need from You?

We are seeking applicants who meet the following criteria:

• Fluency in German at a business level
• A recent graduate with a 2.1 degree or above from a top 40 university
• Ambition, competitiveness, and a strong drive to make money
