Sales to Recruitment - Graduate Recruitment Consultant

The role of Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Sales experience position:

- Focused around dealing with high end clients so being a natural at sales will be a bonus.

- Advertising vacancies and using social media to attract the right talent.

- Managing the candidate side AND client side through interview processes and through to placing them. (360 recruitment)

What I need from you!

- Bright and bubbly personality (confidence is key)

- 1 Year B2B sales experience or 6 months recruitment experience

- Money driven and has clear financial goals

- A good work ethic / ambitious

- Degree educated is preferred but not a must

- A background of excellence whether this be getting promoted at work or sport to a high level.
